1. Service Delivery & Refund Eligibility

• Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final once the service has been delivered or work has commenced.
• Refunds are only considered if we fail to deliver the services as agreed or if there is a significant discrepancy.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of service completion or payment.

2. How to Request a Refund

• We will review your request within 5 business days and notify you of the outcome.
• Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.

3. Non-Refundable Services

• Services that have been fully delivered or completed are non-refundable.
• Custom or personalized services, once work has begun, are non-refundable.

4. Cancellations & Changes

• Service cancellations must be requested at least 48 hours before scheduled work.
• Cancellations after work has started may not be eligible for a refund.
